on Sunday, April 10

If you signed up for a general course registration (sponsor or otherwise,) you chose one of the following entry times at registration:

A) noon to 2 p.m.,

B) 1 to 3 p.m., or

C) 2 to 4 p.m.

As a reminder, your entry time will be printed on the back of your bib.  Please do not arrive before your entry time, as these help us control the crowds on the courses.  You may stay as long as you wish (until 4 p.m.), but please DON’T ARRIVE EARLY

The courses and village close at 4 p.m.

If you registered for the brunch, brunch is set from 11 a.m. to noon. You’ll receive a wristband in your packet.  Please WEAR YOUR WRISTBAND to gain access to the lodge for the brunch. The Superhero Village will open to brunch ticket holders at 11 a.m. with the first race happening at noon.

The Superhero Challenge offers two courses with obstacles presented by Young Lions.  The half-mile course is for kids 5 years old and younger.  The one-mile course is designed for kids 6+ and adults.

The one-mile course will start every 30 minutes, at the hour and half-hour.  For example, noon., 12:30 p.m., 1 p.m., etc. The half-mile course will start every 30 minutes, at the :15 and :45.  For example, 12:15 p.m., 12:45 p.m., 1:15 p.m., etc.

Participants are allowed to run the courses multiple times, if space at the starting line permits.  BIBS ARE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to be on the Challenge course. If you plan to run the course with your child, you must also be registered and have on your own bib.

When not completing the course, participants are invited to partake in all activities offered in Superhero Village.  These include various inflatables, food trucks, snacks and water, balloon animals, a bubble station, creative projects by the STUDIO at ahha, snow cones, music and outdoor games.

A sponsor tent is also available to those registered under a sponsor’s registration code.  A few elevated snack and drink choices are available in the sponsor tent. If you're with a sponsoring company, your bib will have a blue, round sticker on the front.

General admission parking: General admission parking will be located at Osage Casino, 951 W. 36th St. N. in Tulsa.  Shuttles will be provided to POSTOAK Lodge.  We have multiple shuttles scheduled to run back and forth between Osage Casino and POSTOAK.  When arriving at Osage Casino, please use the main entrance off of 36th Street North.  Follow the “Superhero Challenge” and/or “shuttle stop” signs to the designated parking lot.

VIP parking: VIP parking will be located onsite at POSTOAK. Sponsor registrants and brunch ticket holders qualify for VIP parking. If you hold either of these types of tickets, you’ll receive a parking pass in your packet.  To ensure enough parking for everyone, it is absolutely crucial that you do not share your VIP parking pass with anyone, regardless of carpooling or ride-sharing that results in extra passes.  If you did not receive a parking pass and should have, please call Kayla at (918) 289-5731.

If you chose a virtual registration, your packet will contain everything you need to participate from home, including:

  • Race bib

  • T-shirt

  • Finisher medal

  • Race goodies

  • Course worksheet

We’ll miss seeing your faces, but thank you for your support of CAN and Superhero Challenge, even if you’re participating virtually.
