We are thrilled you're joining us for the 11th Superhero Challenge on Saturday, May 4. Below is information you need to know about the event.

Packet Pickup

While onsite packet pickup is available race day, we encourage you to pick up your packet at one of the designated packet pickup times below to avoid long lines and congestion the day of the event.

Thursday, May 2, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday, May 3, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

PACKET PICK-UP LOCATION

Child Advocacy Network Conference Room and Training Center

2815 S. Sheridan Rd.

Tulsa, OK

(north side of the facility at the blue door)

 

Please note: a few sponsoring companies have asked that their packets be delivered directly to the company.  If you registered with a company sponsorship code or link, please check with your company representative to see if you should pick up your packet at your place of business or at the address listed above. Your company representative would most likely be the individual who sent you the registration code.  If you’re still in doubt, please email bbeard@childadvocacynetwork.org.

ONSITE Registration is available beginning at 11 a.m.! T-shirt sizes and availability are not guaranteed, but you are welcome to register the day of the event onsite at Bixby Washington Irving Park. Payment by card or check (no cash) will be accepted.

 

The courses and village close at 3 p.m.

 

OBSTACLE COURSE & RACE

The Superhero Challenge offers two courses with obstacles presented by Young Lions.  The half-mile course is for kids 5 years old and younger.  The one-mile course is designed for kids 6+ and adults.

 

The one-mile course will start every 30 minutes, at the hour and half-hour.  For example, 11 a.m., 11:30 p.m., noon, etc. The half-mile course will start every 30 minutes, at the :15 and :45.  For example, 11:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., etc.

 

Participants are allowed to run the courses multiple times, if space at the starting line permits.  BIBS ARE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to be on the Challenge course. If you plan to run the course with your child, you must also be registered and have on your own bib.

 

SUPERHERO VILLAGE

When not completing the course, participants are invited to partake in all activities offered in Superhero Village.  These include various inflatables, food trucks, snacks and water, balloon animals, a bubble station, the Bear Clinic by Saint Francis, snow cones, music and outdoor games. 

 

EVENT PARKING

Parking is available onsite at Bixby Washington Irving Park.
