For your convenience, we're continuing the Superhero Challenge virtual option. We may not be with you physically, but we'll be cheering you on in spirit and we're confident you can still capture the excitement of the day from your own backyard.

Help us stop the hurt and start the healing by participating in the first ever virtual Superhero Challenge
Registration is now open for the virtual Superhero Challenge allowing participants to still support CAN while building and participating in your own backyard obstacle course.
How it works:
1. Register by March 18, 2022, (to guarantee receipt of a shirt) for the CAN Superhero Challenge. Event registration closes on Wed., April 6, 2022. Your $25 registration fee gets you an official Superhero Challenge race packet featuring:

2022 Superhero Challenge t-shirt (you must register by 5 p.m. on March 18 to receive a race t-shirt)

obstacle course inspiration sheet
2. Pick up your packet
Fri., April 8 from Noon - 4 p.m. or Sat., April 9 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Child Abuse Network (2829 S. Sheridan Rd.)
3. Build your backyard obstacle course
(see the videos on this page for inspiration).
4. Record or photograph your family completing the obstacle course and share it on social media any time during the month of April tagging @childabusenetwork on facebook and/or instagram. One winner will be selected to win four free entries into next year's Superhero Challenge.
